Usks Family Training Centers is a martial arts studio located in the Drandra Plaza. The studio teaches karate to men, women and children. Other arts taught include tae kwon do, aikido, kung fu, judo and jujitsu. Coupled with Executive Fitness Center next door, where kickboxing and aerobics classes take place, Usks has black belt training available and camps categorized by age.
