Well it's raining and the mail is again wet due to carrying it in the rain! Has bag and doesn't know how to use it! WHY do you keep hiring the bottom testers and not enforcing the damage to mail...

They open late. Mon-Fri window hour is from 8:30am, but even 8:40am it still not open yet.
