Parking in parking lot structure + short wait times + very cute cafe that's warmly lit at night + an LA landmark. We got the green rose latte ($8) and chai latte ($7). Both were great!

There is parking in the back and to be honest, I have never paid for parking but apparently you are suppose to pay LOL Just be careful I guess! They are usually pretty packed around lunch time...
