Wings of Refuge, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit family services agency dedicated to serving the needs of the communities within the greater Los Angeles area. The agency was founded in 1997 by Ms. Renee Moncito. Our mission is to facilitate family reunification through building stronger communities one family at a time. To deliver relevant, outcome based, needed services and resources that are of the highest quality and standards. Ms. Moncito is a dynamic speaker and motivator who has developed hundreds of certified foster parents through training and mentorship. Her dedication to families and communities is a driving force to the corporate focus on building stronger communities, one family at a time and her tremendous strength, character and spirit serve as the catalyst to "help others help themselves". Wings of Refuge, Inc is a dedicated group of men and women who have built a village of love and support for the many children and families we serve. Our excellent staff is not only dedicated to the corporate mission but have extensive education, training and experience in their field. Wings of Refuge provides a vast range of comprehensive services to children and families in need. We aspire to "do whatever it takes" to assist families with their needs, thereby, creating an environment of structure. Through our many programs we have served more than 1, 000 individuals and families.
