Transitions Support Group Center provides local, accessible, and affordable support groups led by certified facilitators. We believe that everyone should have access to social and emotional support regardless of income, insurance coverage, or availability. We offer evening and weekend support group sessions to accommodate our clients' work schedules and a low price of $10/session. Each group follows a 10 week program designed by a team of psychologists in order to create the best environment for group discussion and personal growth.
