Nancy emphasizes the benefits of fitness and nutrition beyond aesthetics to include health, wellness, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Nancy utilizes the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify and address imbalances, asymmetries, and faulty movement patterns. With the information gathered in the Movement Screen she is able to design corrective strategies to address each individual's weakest links so their joints are loading correctly and they are able to move in alignment with body weight only before adding external weight or speed. Nancy offers in-home private sessions, and TRX, Rip Training classes and private sessions at V-Fit on Main in Ventura, CA.
