Went to check in to the hotel at 11:30pm to check in and there is no staff in the whole hotel. Been waiting for 1 hour calling and nothing. How can you leave your whole hotel empty it's insane.

I was in San Francisco for a work trip. This hotel was recommend by my company so I didn't do any research before booking. BIG MISTAKE! The room is old - wall, baseboards and doors peeling off....
