Great drinks! The pistachio matcha is my absolute favorite and the pandan waffles are to die for!! The service is great and I love the ambiance too. My favorite place to go!

Great boba but lately going down. Their bubble waffle machine broke months ago and they haven't replaced it. The place is starting to look dirty inside. And the service is not as good
