Bait and switch - do not send your mail here. Do not get a mailbox at the UPS store. Choose another location in the area. If you can after you get your mailbox, they will switch the policy on you....

Had a quick drop off return on an early morning. Not withstanding huge, long line of lots of impatient people, Julian, was super friendly and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this UPS...

Dropping off returns is a breeze. The parking lot does get quite full, but there is never wait inside. Always very friendly, fast, efficient and helpful.
