The UPS Store on the Alameda is overall okay , it gets the job done. I've had a mix of experiences here over time. Some of the staff are truly exceptional , helpful, efficient, and friendly....

Nickeled and dimed on my Amazon return. The manager is so cheap and unhelpful: just go to FedEx a block over (they did everything I asked for free).
