History
I began my journey as a personal trainer 20 years ago having been inspired to take that role by my own trainer. At that time I was working at a local health food store and learning different avenues of health and wellness. I was exposed to different modalities of nutrition, movement and mindset. Over the years I learned various different modalities of movement from multiple mentors. My goal was to become a very well rounded personal trainer so I could serve many different kinds of clientele.
