I observed an employee leaning and chatting with another employee instead of acknowledging customers in line. There were 4-5 people in the lobby ordering food on the kiosks and not one employee...

This TacoBell is hit or miss and mostly miss. Customer service is usually bad and they consistently mess up on your order. This location is known for having a bunch of stoned kids working there....

I ordered tacos with sour cream and they charged me for supreme with no tomatoes and still didn't put sour cream on it and the double decker taco was soggy like it wasn't made to order
