T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and this was my first bad experience. 4 T-Mobile workers a moderately busy lobby (4-5 people). I was told it would be a 15-20 min wait... 40 min later still...

Angelica was very rude and condescending, it appears she doesn't want help or be there. Go to another store if you need any T-Mobile in person assistance.
