The Sylvan Learning Center is located in the Grand Avenue Plaza on Grand Avenue. The center creates customized learning programs for children and young adults in school. It works with kids in elementary school, middle school, junior high and even high school, in disciplines such as reading and math. The employees are courteous, well trained and knowledgeable in working with students.
