Cockroach found in the area where "fresh" ingredients are. This is a establishment of Chan restaurant that should have higher standards

Saw a video where there was a cockroach inside the glass where the ingredients are, employees seem to not care and brush it off as if it was a mosquito

I cannot believe I even have to write this. I watched a video filmed inside this subway, and right there, clear as day, a ROACH was crawling around the edges of the food like Yes, a whole roach....
