StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Ventura offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

The owner at the Ventura Stretch Lab is a rip off. The owner will charge you after you have canceled your membership. She also charges for canceled appointments. If you do decide to join, watch...

Felt brittle after several surgeries and needed to be tenderly cared for. Everyone I've seen in both locations Camarillo and mostly Ventura were wonderful and gave me back my mojo. Highly recommend

Although the young technicians are pleasant enough, I don't feel their short training sessions makes them qualified to provide the type of "therapy" they advertise. The office staff are not...
