Wade and Rebecca in the main office are so helpful. This storage area has some of the better rates than other places in Modesto and the units are built real nice I don't think I'll have an issue...

Nice clean place. Great customer service! My only complaint is my rate was $99 and within 2 months it's up to $149. The price to get in was great but it was raised not long after.
