My experience was great. My Frappuccino was as expected. The ambiance is also good. I come here every time I'm in the area and never have problems. Staff is kind.

My family comes here often and it's usually great except with two certain managers (one named Ana); no greetings, no one is smiling and somehow our orders are always wrong in some sort of way....
