I always come to this Starbucks location in Lancaster on Lancaster boulevard however usually customer service is not their Forte which is completely understandable since most employees are jaded...

My Chai Latte Hot was made with coffee, i didnt order it like that . Employees need to focus on making drinks the right way! Next time I'm making sure I taste it before i leave
