I love this Starbucks not sure what the hate is about, they deal with a lot of strange requests and customers. Have patience. They are kind and draw amazing art on your coffee!!!

The new corporate policy that requires employees to write cute phrases on the cups is a total disaster in my opinion. I now have to beg and plead for them not to use sharpie marker on my drink...

How is it there's about 10 employees working, no one in the drive thur, 5 customers have placed their orders and it still took about 10 minutes to get a tea? This is beyond crazy.

Never seen a Starbucks set up this way. It's early August and the weather is perfect so I think the set up is amazing and if you get a regular coffee or tea you get free refills when you sit here!...

It was cold and raining today. Spoke with staff and they said regardless if it's raining or cold they much keep sliding doors open? Um...I thought the idea is to make customers feel comfortable....
