Worst Starbucks! Simple order----iced Americano DECAF. They couldn't even get that right. It's not like they were busy. I was their only customer at the moment.

Poor quality service. I don't understand why they have this Starbucks here when the barista doesn't want to prepare anything or when they don't have the ingredients to prepare what you ask for....
