A super tall employee would not serve us water unless I bought something. That was so mean of him especially during the holidays and from Starbucks! Awful customer service!

Just remember that is you don't redeem your stars on time, they will be gone. I had about 65 , but today I have 10. I'm drinking a mocha Frappuccino with a warm cheese danish. Yum.

Excellent place to get a pink drink, frappe or kids hot chocolate. I appreciate the service and cleanliness. The staff here goes above and beyond on making the your drink.
