This is the Junior College Culinary school. Locals call it "Culinary Cafe" It is open for lunch Wed-Fri 11:30-2 They have a bakery that opens at 7:30 a.m. also Wed-Fri. Fri only, they serve wine. Reservations advised Discount for seniors. Great food. Good service.

The food is exquisite but it is not available to the general public only to a select group. No way to build community. I will remember that when they agitate for a parcel tax.
