Exchange. Clearance exchange policy is terrible. I bought a shirt last night, by mistake grabbed a medium, get home needed the small. Brought back next day. Shirt was still unworn in the bag....

I always look forward to coming into Spencer's as they have so many interesting things. The band tees are some of my favorites, as well as the wallets and hats. They really have stylish things...

Like Hot Topic's immature and spicy cousin without the music section or extensive t-shirt collection, Spencer's is a clever little store that helps me to waste time at da mall with pop culture...

Wow... I felt like I was back in college again after stepping foot into Spencer's. As Conrad R. said in his review, Spencer's is kinda like Hot Topic; I would also throw in a bit of F Street...
