The girl employee, short, with a bun, was helping us unfortunately. She tried to sell my dad a box with the case, protector and charger cube while I said no. She insisted and I got so annoyed...

Busy..busy but what can we do. Where I live I don't have any other options for WiFi/cable. If I could get services else where, that's where I'd be.

So I completely left spectrum. I got rid of both phones after they raised my rate 10$ on each phone. I paid off my phone and they told me I had to pay for 3 more months before they would unlock...
