Get ahead of it and make an appointment it goes so much smoother!!! Going oin without an appointment is setting yourself up! It could go fast or slow just carve out time and be patient

Came to store to return dvr. Not eough employees to help people. The wait is ridiculously long. I guess customer service is not a priority at this store. Shame on them
