this place is horrible to return equipment over a hour just to return internet equipment and still haven't been seen. it would of been a nice heads up if the rep over the phone would of told me...

The wait is horrible. The workers are extremely slow. Expect to wait more than 1 hour to return your equipment.

They need to be more efficient and definitely need more people to attend there customers faster and professionally honestly all they do just me on there cell phones most of the time check cameras...

I switch to fiber and cut spectrum and they got all butt hurt and now their charging me 90 dollars for a reconnection fee. Why am I getting charge a reconnection when I cancelled there service...
