It all started with an old pickup truck and the idea that moving could be simpler, easier. Smooth Movers, LLC, is a Los Angeles-based moving company, specializing in moving residential and commercial clientele. Staying true to our childhood roots, our offices are in Santa Monica and our core team consists of childhood friends who, after years of working professionally at other moving companies, decided to come together and do it a better way. Not much has changed from those first few moves. Our skills and experience have improved and we've become fully established in the moving industry, but our core values are still there. (And our trucks are newer!)
Specialties
Smooth Movers specializes in small moves and deliveries in Los Angeles, but are able to accommodate any size move. We're comfortable with all brands/makes of furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, art pieces, electronics, and specialty items. We provide a professional, high quality moving service on a smaller scale and for a lower price. We don't charge hourly minimums for most moves. We have competitive flat rates for deliveries, with all of our services included in that rate. We blanket, shrink wrap, and protect everything we move. We carry all the necessary tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances. We have many of years experience in this profession. We have trucks available for any size move and will recommend the best option based on clients needs. We have pickup trucks, large cargo vans, and box trucks We have perfected our techniques to fit a lot safely in each of our vehicles, and we will work with you and recommend the best option
