Brand new home and they sell and install 20 year panels and customer service is awful. Receive bids and everyone laughs at what sst installed and the price was the same so I would say I was ripped...

Trigger false alarm, call to police . Calling customer care is a harassment. When police is at my door customer care plays game with me for passcode ! Unprofessional idiots work there it seems!
