Sam is awesome at cutting hair. Always perfect every time. I drive from Vacaville to get my hair cut. Recommendation from good friend that has his family's hair cut there for many years.

don't recommend Silk Cuts in Elk Grove, specifically because of the owner, Sam. He was rude, disrespectful, and crossed personal boundaries. I'm in the military and get a haircut every two weeks....

Great place for a haircut. The owner has been cutting my hair for 35 years. All the stylist are awesome. I recommend this place.
