Unless we connect body process with experiential awareness in the presence of safe and reliable support it is difficult to heal through the difficult body based memory of trauma. Through the body-based modality of Somatic Experiencing we find answers to chronic, long-term struggles, a natural clarity of our unique talents, strengths and creativity, a sense of ease, confidence and kindness in our journey forward.
