Shana is passionate about helping people live better lives through great design. As she's evolved as an interior designer, Shana has realized that what sets her apart is her ability to incorporate empathy into her designs in order to create the best user experience for her clients and their families. Shana is excited and ready to work on projects for people with unique challenges (special needs, disabilities, the very young and the very old, etc.) Shana believes that everyone deserves great design, including these groups of people, who are often forgotten about (or ignored by) the larger design community. Since having her children, Shana has realized her love of designing nurseries, children's rooms, and playrooms. Although she enjoys designing for all ages, she has an undeniable knack for making creative, fun and safe spaces for kids. She is also extremely skilled at organizing! Shana has a comprehensive set of skills and industry contacts which allows her to tackle projects with ease. She has experience in kitchen and bathroom design, exterior space planning, and furniture design, as well. Shana Cunningham has experience working on interior design projects ranging from mansions in Bel Air to studio apartments in Koreatown. She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Shana received her B.A. from Tulane University in New Orleans, and her M.A. of Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona through UCLA Extension.
