One register open at 5:30PM. Now they have a new alignment of their registers which includes pick-up of online orders and the Amazon returns, such a mess! How about we get some more staff to work...

Lina at service counter is rude. I went to her counter when she tell me to come. She didn't want to bring me up right away. She was still doing something else. Lina eventually worked my stuff...
