Our firm specializes in the design, administration, and consulting for employers who want to sponsor their own tax-qualified retirement plan. We can tailor plan design to generate tiered benefit levels to grant greater benefit levels to more senior, key employees than for less senior, younger employees. We are well-versed in all forms of retirement plans, from the ever-popular 401(k) Plan to a Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan that can be designed to eliminate the need for the 401(k) nondiscrimination testing if the employer can make a guaranteed contribution equal to 3% of payroll. We also handle administration and consulting on pension plans that require actuarial projections and greater employer contribution levels. These types of pension plans include: Defined Benefit Pension Plans, Cash Balance Pension Plans, or a combination of one of these types of Pension Plans with a 401(k) Plan.
