It's an ok credit union. But I've had trouble w their atm. Also had issues w calling to get my account balance but the automated phone system wouldn't except my ssn ...this happened sooo many times

Worst CU EVER!! I got a car loan from them set up automatic payments my direct deposit goes to them!!! BUT they say I have late payments???? How TF is that possible when they control the automatic...
