Ruby Cellars is a small family run business whose members include five Kirkpatricks. We make small lots from notable and distinct districts from the Paso Robles AVA. The secret to our craft: Quality fruit, a non-interventionist winemaking approach and focused collaborative production. Our goal is to naturally and honestly express the character of the site from which it was grown, while meeting our standards of the highest quality product for our customers. We produce an assortment of over 15 different varietals and source our fruit from Alta Colina Vineyard (Adelaida District), Caliza (Paso Robles Willow Creek District), Kokopelli Vineyard (Paso Robles Geneseo District), Mitchella Vineyard (Paso Robles Geneseo District) & Still Waters Vineyard (El Pomar District). Our tasting room is conveniently located in downtown Atascadero on El Camino Real steps from the Carlton Hotel.
