Rice is located in the dead mall of Little Tokyo which means easy free parking! Located on the top floor, the space is nice, the service was exceptional, but the sushi rolls weren't very filling...

Parking is validated for 2 hours, and your ticket can get 2 validations max. We spent time and got something at Daiso as well which provided another hour of parking. The service was so nice here....
