Absolutely pitiful. Never received an email to check in. Had to use the kiosk which wasn't working. Had to go in the back and get a lab tech to check me in. Terrible.

This place does not accept walk-ins and we were only informed 45 minutes after we checked in and waiting around. Check-in is through a tablet. There is not an actual person at the front desk....
