Chris the girl was fast, almost painless and super sweet. Quest is a hit or miss. She was a hit. Explain the poop mail thing so even a stroke survivor could understand.

I will never come back! Staff is rude and I have been on a wait list for 4 hours and they can't take time to verify my place or if it got wait listed! I could have had the 10 am appointment but...

Check in was easy and my appointment was on time. The phlebotomist, Christine was friendly and kind.

Truly the worst Quest. Waited one hour and forty minutes. Finally asked someone if they could give me an estimate. They said no. Going to be switching to another provider

I went in to get some lab results and asked the technician to use a baby needle. She joked and called it a 'chubby grandma needle,' and now, three days later, my arm is still bruised from it....
