Her background includes 5 years in the banking industry and 30 years experience in real estate management, with emphasis on financial management. Her operation is very flexible to handle all types of accounting needs, including foreclosure processing and Lien filing for Associations. Prior to forming PM Property Asset Management, Pam Malnar began her experience in asset management in 1977 while working for Rancon Corporation within their Property Management division. Over the course of 5 years, she worked directly with Private Partnerships and Syndications, and implemented a complicated accounting system custom written for capital management. In 1981, she took over the entire private partnership division, including the computer system which was custom written for partnership and capital management, and formed PM Property "Asset" Management.
