Incorporated in 1986, Pixar Animation Studios is a computer animation production company with the technical, creative and production capabilities to make movies for people of all age groups. In a partnership with Walt Disney Pictures, the studio has created and produced various feature films, such as Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Cars. Its short film, Tin Toy, has received an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. Pixar Animation Studios selection of other short films includes Geri's Game, For the Birds, Mike's New Car and One Man Band. The studio is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company.
