SpecialtiesAbili-Barre is an exercise class designed to be a comfortable transition into physical activity after recovering from injuries or other health conditions. This exercise class combines the strength, mobility, flexibility, and posture of a barre workout with corrective exercise and injury prevention. The format is designed to be a bridge for clients who want to pursue general fitness goals, such as weight loss or strength, and but who also might need additional guidance or modification for issues such as joint pain or recent health setbacks. Classes are on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 at Serendipity Dance Co., located at 1788 E. Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley, CA 93065.
