Mediocre as bubble teas go. I was expecting more from a place so close to UCSB. I guess you need to travel down to LA for a good bubble tea. Staff was fine, just not the best tea.

Didn't have to wait too long for popcorn chicken. I was kind of bummed the popcorn chicken is $8.99 but now I see it is because the portion is quite large, and the seasoning is really good....
