Pho Lee

History

The Lee Family began its life in America in 1978, as part of the second wave of immigrants to leave Vietnam in search of a better life. In 1994, we chose Valley Center, CA as the place to set down our roots and build a home. Although our life in America has had a huge impact on how we live, what we eat remains unchanged. The recipes and techniques developed over generations are still very much alive, and Pho Lee is our opportunity to share our food culture with the local community and the world. We invite you to join us in our restaurant and experience what Vietnamese cuisine means to us: fresh, bold flavors and balanced, health conscious meals.
