Poor costumer support. The lady that was working at the cat food area 12/24 around 930am was not nice/not in a good mood. She ignored almost everyone that approaches her.

This location has the worst grooming service among petsmarts in east bay. Dog went in and came out the same stains remain and the undercoat was still damp. Reached out to their store with no response.
