This place is pretty big but very empty inside, they have more tire out on the floor than seats. Even their beloved Pep Boys decor is sitting on the floor. My appointment started with them...

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They said they wouldn't rotate my tires unless I bought two new tires that it was illegal to rotate them. I told them the tires I bought from them...
