Could you please keep the place a bit warmer? Right now it feels even colder than outside in the fall, which doesn't feel very welcoming in this weather. It used to be such a comfortable spot....

This location is not the newest looking but it does the job. They have decent customer service. The coffee is nice and strong though. My go to is their Iced Havana cappuccino. Definitely good...

We went to get cardamom chai and wanted to use restroom. They said " we lost our last key". Very poor customer service. 0 stars if I could.
