Pedalers Fork is a lifestyle concept that seeks to incorporate great food, cycling and awesome coffee into one location where all are welcome. We are a farm direct restaurant partnered with 10 Speed Coffee Roasters from Hood River Oregon, serving craft beers, a fresh bar, and a boutique cycling shop in Calabasas, CA.
Here at Pedalers Fork, we believe that good food begins with amazing ingredients. Because of this, we have worked tirelessly to find and build relationships with the best local growers and ranchers. The quality of our fruits, produce, meats, and fish enables us to craft dishes that highlight the true flavors that are inherent in the respective ingredients. No matter the meal, we want our patrons to walk out of Pedalers Fork feeling whole, healthy, and a part of the community we are building.
