History
It has been debated when the actual establishment of the bar occured but it is believed to be between 1886 and 1896. It is the oldest bar in Truckee, the Gateway to the West, and rumored to be the oldest operating bar in California. Our knowledge of the bar's extensive history is definitely incomplete, but as we learn more we will update. If you learn any fun facts, please let us know.
