Horribly operated location. Julian (worker at 8:30pm on 9/27) didn't care or wasn't properly trained to have the different dish available. Four were empty and he was basically offering 4 other...

Went today to get just a plate of orange chicken which is 11$ and the manager renne charged me 14$for three tiny scoops of orange chicken. Panda to this day is skill scummy on there food portions...
